What is the role
To provide administrative support to maintain records for training and CPD for Space colleagues and external training courses
To provide administrative support to maintain, monitor and report on records for the induction and probation processes for Space colleagues
Coordinate internal training / CPD with the training team to plan and book as required
Coordinate learners progress with external providers for apprenticeships and other qualifications to keep Managers and Coaches updated
To provide administrative support for booking training courses delivered externally by Space to include, but not limited to delegate bookings, venue hire and liaison with trainers
Take minutes and support the updating of the Training plan and schedule
Input training feedback and present findings to trainers and training team
Compile information and training data into presentations internal and external use
About You:
You have a passion for training and workforce development and an understanding of the training needs within a youth work organisation
You have excellent organisational and admin skills with an ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and manage calendars
You have experience in coordinating projects across an organisation
You get things done collaboratively within a team
An interest in continually improving processes and practice
The ability to continuously monitor and maintain elements of a role and to complete assigned work
