Our Spaces
SPACE is a charity. To make the most of the spaces, we let out our facilities. This aims to help cover the costs of our buildings and in doing so, supplements our income to be used on delivering our services to young people.
Whether you need a meeting room, youth room, kitchen, sports hall or a combination of these; we’ve got a variety of rooms available to hire. Whether you’re running a workshop, hosting a meeting or planning something creative, we would love to accomodate you and are particularly keen on repeat lettings!

Hire a Space in Bideford
Our traditional Youth Centre building is located just off Kingsley Road and has a range of rooms to suit varying needs. Whether you need a meeting space, plan to hold a community event or interest group or just need a spot to cook and play games, we have something for you.

Our traditional Youth Centre building is located in Countess Wear just off Topsham Road and has a range of rooms to suit varying needs. Whether you need a meeting space, plan to hold a community event or interest group or just need a spot to cook and play games, the 100 club has something for you.

We have a meeting or panel room down a quiet corridor, a sports hall, an american 'diner' themed kitchen and dining area as well as a pool and games room with sofa area. Hire a Space in Exmouth
Our Central Exmouth location is a welcoming space with a variety of adjoining rooms available to suit different needs. Whether you’re hosting a meeting, planning a community event, or just need a spot to cook and play games, we’ve got something for you. Hire prices start from £5 per hour. Our well-known hub in Newton Abbot is located immediately next door to Newton Abbot Leisure Centre, just off Wain Lane. We have a range of rooms and indoor spaces in our main building for lessons, workshops and team away days. Our popular outdoor multi-use games area is available for hire and repeat bookings will be prioritised.

We have a range of rooms and spaces in our main building as well as a standalone facility 'the hut' for lessons, workshops and team away days.
