Why are you fundraising for Space Youth Services?
I have been a Youth Worker for 17 years and I have seen first hand the difference Youth Work can make to young people's lives in Devon.
The youth services SPACE deliver support young people from all backgrounds to learn, create and realise their potential by providing somewhere to go, something to do and someone to talk to! We also offer much needed support for young people who are facing the pressures of being a teenager in a challenging world.
How are you fundraising for Space?
I will be running the Great West Run in Exeter on Sunday, 26th May 2024. I am excited to be challenging myself to complete this half-marathon (having not run this far ever before) and raise money for a charity that I truly believe in!!
